Case studies

From the problem, to what we built, to what runs today

Every project follows the same path. Here it is mapped out for three very different businesses — a restaurant group, an operations platform and a marketplace.
The situation

Restaurant group · Norfolk & Virginia Beach

Yendidi Restaurants

yendidirestaurants.com

An authentic Ghanaian and West African brand running two dine-in locations, a food truck and a catering side. Orders, table enquiries and event requests arrive by phone, Instagram and walk-in — and during service, nobody is free to answer them.

What we built

An enquiry desk that never closes

Calls, DMs and messages answered around the clock across both locations and the truck, so questions about hours, menu and bookings get a reply in seconds.

Catering & events pipeline

Every event request is captured, quoted and followed up automatically until it is booked or closed — no more enquiries lost in a DM folder.

Social presence and reviews

Consistent posting across the brand, plus an automatic review request after each visit to keep the rating climbing.

The situation

Restaurant operations platform

RestaurantFlow

restaurantflow.app

Independent restaurant operators run their business across a scattered stack — rotas in one app, inventory on a spreadsheet, compliance on a clipboard, marketing somewhere else entirely. None of it talks to each other, and the owner spends the evening reconciling it.

What we built

One operations hub

Scheduling with live labour-cost projection, time clock and shift swaps, alongside inventory par levels and recipe costing.

Compliance without paper

Temperature logs, sanitation records, HACCP cooling timers and employee health tracking — all inspector-ready on demand.

AI built into the day

An AI coach that answers questions about your own numbers, voice AI that picks up the phone, and automatic responses to reviews.

What's live now

1

platform replacing the whole tool stack

The situation

Beauty marketplace

Sheabutter

sheabutter.app

Finding a stylist who genuinely understands natural Black hair usually means scrolling social media and sliding into DMs to ask about prices and availability. Stylists, meanwhile, are running their entire books out of Instagram.

What we built

Browse and book directly

Vetted stylists organised by service — braids and protective styles, locs and maintenance, natural hair treatments — with pricing shown up front.

Tools for the stylist side

Booking, business and marketing tools plus professional training, so stylists can run their diary somewhere other than their inbox.

Trust built in

Ratings and reviews after every appointment keep quality visible for clients and reputation earned for stylists.

The situation

Children's academy · Accra

Hope Haven Academy

A children's academy with a programme parents genuinely want — Twi, cooking, sewing, gardening, sports and life skills for ages 4 to 12 — and almost nothing around it. No website, no social presence, no Google listing, and a single mobile line carrying every enquiry, registration and payment conversation. Every missed call during a programme day is a lost enrolment.

What we built

A school parents can actually find

A full academy website plus a dedicated programme registration page reachable from a WhatsApp link or flyer QR code, and a verified Google Business Profile so local searches lead somewhere.

Registration off the notebook

Online registration capturing each child's age, days selected, allergies and emergency contacts, with payment links and invoices sent by SMS and WhatsApp instead of chased by phone.

An admissions pipeline that follows up

Every family tracked from enquiry through to re-enrolment, with missed-call text-back, weekly parent broadcasts and attendance reminders running automatically.

What's live now

Greenfield

website, registration, CRM and social built from nothing

6 phases

summer enrolment first, then September admissions

1 platform

replacing six or seven separate subscriptions
